Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with over 25 years of practical experience working with complex organizations, has given her the insight required to design engaging and exciting experiences for individuals, teams and organizations that have a lasting impact. Jennifer is an author and speaker, and is credentialed as a Vistage Worldwide speaker. Jill Mellott is a respected Operations and HR Executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, management, HR, consulting and facilitation. Working with organizations ranging from start-ups to mid and large companies and those going through Merger & Acquisition, her expertise spans multiple areas including business operations, HR strategy, change management, strategic communication and positive workplace culture. Jill's passion is helping connect people and ideas to make a positive difference both professionally and personally. Marcel pairs his passion for business, his education in finance and his experience in accounting to support Emergent's day to day reporting and financial operations. Marcel is the ideal utility player, supporting other areas of the business and focusing on special projects where needed. When he's not tackling spreadsheets, Marcel can be found watching (and debating) football.

Daniel Huffman-Frasco is a talented consultant with over 15 years of experience partnering with both federal and commercial clients. Dan's unique skillset, a complementary blend of operationally focused and people-centric expertise, enables him to assist Emergent's Federal Government clients in achieving positive and lasting results in maximizing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He has an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and is currently pursing a PhD in Business Psychology. Dan has earned professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Dan and his girlfriend have rescued two Great Danes. They've fallen in love with the breed and plan to rescue more… but can only fit so many in their house at one time.
Account Manager, DoD
Lauren Wynns is a corporate lawyer turned consultant. She deploys her policy and guidance, project management and facilitator expertise while supporting Emergent's Federal Government clients. Lauren has a B.S. in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, a Juris Doctorate from the George Mason School of Law and is a member of the Washington, D.C. bar association. Lauren lives with her husband and their two dogs, a golden retriever and a rescued hound mix, and she has recently added a saltwater reef aquarium to the mix.
Logistics and Special Events
Summer is a creative event planner with a love for logistics. She leverages her degree in Tourism and Special Event Planning while supporting Emergent's training development client projects as well as key internal projects. Summer's passion for creating lasting memories for clients is demonstrated through her experience with planning and executing successful events and establishing strong video and online media presence. Her love for the outdoors fuels her desire to spend all her free time on roller skates, sipping tea on patios and walking her best friend, Penny the Pug, around town.

Stephanie Nishimori is an HR professional with over 10 years' experience in training and development, recruiting, and facilitation. With a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership, Master's in Human Resources and certified SHRM-CP, Stephanie is well-versed in the unique issues facing the ever-changing workplace environment. She has worked in multiple industries, both in the United States and South Korea, that have allowed her to hone her skills for any client and customer she supports. Her understanding of what makes each person and organization unique has helped her develop working relationships that drive the mission and goals forward. Stephanie lives with her spouse, who is in the Army, and their handicapped cat, Hole. She also is a huge football fan, with her favorite team being the Cincinnati Bengals.
