5-10 years of experience in Government Workforce Consulting; DoD background and Secret level clearance a plus. Fulltime, remote opportunities. Submit your resume.

Change Management Consulting
Background working on Change Management projects; Experience managing change in organizations (e.g., process improvement, enterprise roll out of training, software systems, Merger and Acquisitions). Although we don't have immediate openings for this role, we are always interested in meeting high quality talent as opportunities often and quickly arise. Submit your resume.

Facilitators
We are looking for facilitators of all levels with an adventurist spirit and deep knowledge of Emotional Intelligence. Our client base is global, which drives a unique schedule and work from home work… it also means leveraging all 24 hours in the day (e.g., workshops range from day time to night time depending on clients' location).
