Jennifer Stanford is a sought-after Trust Coach and the CEO of Emergent Performance Solutions. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with over 25 years of practical experience working with complex organizations, has given her the insight required to design engaging and exciting experiences for individuals, teams and organizations that have a lasting impact. Jennifer is an author and speaker, and is credentialed as a Vistage Worldwide speaker.
INNOVATION OPERATIONS MANAGER
Taylor McDonald is a social scientist with a background in graphic design. She holds her Bachelors degree in Psychology and her Masters of Science degree in Psychological and Psychiatric Anthropology. She is interested in how culture affects communication and how cultural awareness impacts success, and is passionate about emotional intelligence development. She is responsible for content development for Emergent. Taylor is a skilled speaker, writer, photographer, and artist who has spent several years living abroad.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Aionna Campbell is a student pursuing her Bachelors degree is Business Management, and she holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Aionna has a passion for problem-solving and innovating solutions to inefficient processes. She is goal oriented and believes that success depends on effective task execution. She spends her free time volunteering and working with her church, camping, hiking, and canoeing. Aionna is the backbone of Emergent’s administration, and works hard to make the company successful.
Jessica Beans is a researcher and facilitator specializing in group dynamics, leadership, and change management. She holds an undergraduate degree in public relations and graphic design and a masters degree in organizational leadership with an emphasis in change management and strategic innovation. Because of her experience as a communications director, she is particularly skilled in facilitating creative problem solving and effective communication within teams. Jessica loves discovering insights and tools to aid leaders in steering their teams and creating a healthy, trusting work atmosphere.
DIRECTOR OF AWESOME TALENT
Jill Mellott has experience in human resources, management, consulting and facilitation. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Speech Communication, with an emphasis in rhetorical theory. Jill was recognized as Loudoun 40 Under 40 in 2016 as a Professional and Community Leader in Loudoun County. With experience gained through her HR leadership roles, Jill’s HR knowledge expands across multiple areas including HR stategy, change management, workplace communication, positive workplace culture and employee relations.
